İnkontinans
Özet
İnkontinans, hastanın hayat kalitesini etkileyen, sosyal veya hijyenik sorunlara yol açan istemsiz idrar kaçırma halidir. Dünya çapında milyonlarca insanı etkilediği bilinmekle birlikte, prevalansı net olarak bilinmemektedir. Kontinansın sağlanmasında sinirsel yapılar yanında anotomik yapılarında normal olması gerekmektedir. Stres (anatomik), sıkışma (urge), stres ve urge inkontinansın birlikte olduğu mikst, nöropatik, taşma (overflow) ve fistülöz olmak üzere değişik inkontinans tipleri mevcuttur. İnkontinansın tipine göre tedavi seçenekleri değişmektedir. Bu bölümde inkontinans tiplerinin özellikleri ve tedavi yöntemlerinden bahsedilecektir.
