Ketojenik Diyet
Özet
Dünya üzerinde kanser kardiyovasküler hastalıklardan sonrası en fazla ölüm görülen hastalıkların başında yer alır(1)(2)Kanser hastalarında tedavi kadar tedavilerinin sürdürülebilirliği sağlamak, süreci en iyi şekilde geçirmek için beslenme şekli de çok önemlidir. Kanser hastalarında doğru bir beslenme yaklaşımı ile hastaların günlük enerji ve besin ögelerinin gereksinimleri karşılanır. Beslenme şekli hastanın günlük hayatını düzgün bir şekilde idame etmesi açsından önemlidir. Kanserde doğru beslenme şekli ile hastalığın önlenmesi, tedavisi ve tedavi sürecini destekleyici olarak kullanılması açsından çok önemlidir(3). Ketojenik diyet şekli de son zamanlar çeşitli kanser hastalıklarının tedavisinde katkısı olabileceği düşünülen beslenme şekillerinden biridir. Halen çeşitli kanser alt türlerinde bu tedavi şekli denenmektedir.
It is one of the diseases with the highest number of deaths after cancer treatment in the world (1)(2) Ensuring the sustainability of the treatment in cancer patients is as important as the treatment itself, and the diet to survive the process in the best way possible. With a correct treatment approach for cancer patients, the patients' daily energy, macro and micronutrients are comprehensively met. It is important to open the way of nutrition to maintain proper daily life. Combining it with the right diet in cancer is very important than its use as a treatment and application of the treatment process (3). The ketogenic diet is one of the diets that have recently been shown to contribute to various cancers. This treatment method is currently being tested in various types of cancer.
