Kalp Hastalıklarında Cinsel Sağlık
Synopsis
Kardiyovasküler hastalıklar dünya çapında önde gelen mortalite ve morbidite nedenidir. Kardiyovasküler hastalıklar ve tedavileri hem kadınlarda hem de erkeklerde cinsel sağlığı olumsuz yönde etkilemektedirler. Hastalığın ve tedavilerin sonucu olarak farklı şekillerde cinsel disfonksiyonlar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Kardiyovasküler hastalığı olan hastalarda cinsel işlev bozukluğunun yönetimi için öncelikle risk değerlendirmesi yapılmalı, sonrasında hastaya göre tedavi kişiselleştirilmelidir. Kalp hastalarında cinsel değerlendirme ile sorunun doğası, altta yatan nedenleri, hastaların ve eşlerin sorun hakkındaki düşünceleri, inançları ve yanlış kanıları hakkında bilgi toplanıp duruma ilişkin genel bir görüş elde edilebilir. Kardiyak özellikli nedenleri, kardiyovasküler ve nonkardiyovasküler ilaçların yan etkileri ve cinsel işlev bozukluğuna katkıda bulunan diğer durumlar değerlendirilmelidir. Cinsel danışmanlık, hem kalp hastaları hem de partnerleri için oldukça büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu kapsamda cinsel yönden değerlendirilen hastalara kapsamlı olarak danışmanlık verilmelidir.
