Küçükbaş Hayvanların Evciltme Süreci ve Islahı
Özet
Küçükbaş hayvan yetiştiriciliği, insanlık tarihi boyunca tarımsal ve ekonomik gelişmenin önemli bir parçası olmuştur. Evcilleştirme süreciyle başlayan bu serüven, hayvanların doğal özelliklerinin insan ihtiyaçlarına göre uyarlanmasını sağlamış ve aynı zamanda tarımsal üretim sistemlerinin temel taşlarından birini oluşturmuştur.
Bu bölümde, küçükbaş hayvanların evcilleştirilme sürecinden başlayarak ıslah ve yetiştirme tekniklerine kadar geniş bir bakış açısı sunulmaktadır. Hayvanların genetik, davranışsal ve morfolojik özelliklerinde meydana gelen değişimler, modern ıslah yöntemleri ışığında değerlendirilmiş; evcilleştirmenin tarihsel, biyolojik ve kültürel boyutları bilimsel bir yaklaşımla ele alınmıştır.
