Endodontik Tedavide Komplikasyonlar

Özet

Endodonti pulpa ve periapikal doku hastalıklarının teşhis ve tedavisini amaçlamaktadır. Endodontik tedavi kök kanallarının kemomekanik olarak temizlenip kök kanal sisteminin sızdırmaz bir şekilde doldurulmasıdır. Endodontik tedavi öncesinde ve tedavi sırasında birçok komplikasyon meydana gelebilmektedir. Klinisyenin öncelikli amacı komplikasyonları önlemektir. Komplikasyon varlığında ise yeterli bilgi, beceri ve tecrübe ile komplikasyonları yönetmelidir.
