Pediatrik Alerjik Rinit
Özet
Alerjik rinit, allerjen duyarlılığına bağlı olarak meydana gelen, burun mukozasında immün aracılıklı inflamasyon oluşturan, klinikte hapşırık, burun akıntısı, burun kaşıntısı ve burun tıkanıklığı gibi nazal hipersensitivite semptomları bulunan bir hastalıktır.
Allerjik rinit dünya çapında önemli bir halk sağlığı sorunu olup dünya nüfusunun %10-25’ini etkilemektedir. Pediatrik popülasyonda da prevalansı artış içerisindedir.
Pediatrik allerjik rinit farkındalığının arttırılması ile erken tanı ve tedavinin sağlanması milyonlarca hastanın yaşam kalitesinin artmasını sağlayacaktır.
