Proje Yönetimi
Özet
Acil hekimleri, hemşireler ve yöneticiler olarak, günlük çalışmalarımızda birden fazla projeyi yönetiyoruz. Proje yönetimi; projelerin planlanması, yürütülmesi ve takibi için standart bir çerçeve oluşturan vazgeçilmez bir araçtır. Proje yönetiminin temel prensip ve tekniklerinin anlaşılması ve uygulanması, acil tıp çalışanlarının ve liderlerinin gelecek projelerdeki etki ve verimliliği en üst düzeye çıkarmalarını sağlayacaktır.
