Although many sources have been published about the concept of aesthetics, the concept of aesthetics in implant treatment consists of crown restoration (white aesthetics) and gingiva (pink aesthetics). Papilla, gingival surface, gingival contour, color and level have an important place in achieving pink aesthetics.(1) For this reason, dentists have focused on studies focused on this subject to create a compatible soft tissue profile. If certain treatment stages are not followed in implant treatment, it is very difficult to regain soft tissue loss and achieve the desired result when the treatment is completed. (2)
This study aims to explain the factors affecting the gingival emergence profile and the situations to be considered during the creation of the gingival emergence profile.
