İmplant Üstü Protezlerde Kişiye Özel (Custom) Dayanaklar
Özet
Cerrahi işlem kadar doğru protetik uygulama da dental implant uygulamalarında başarıyı belirler. İmplantların protetik üst yapıları değişik yöntemlerle elde edilebilmektedir. İmplant destekli protetik restorasyonlar hazırlanırken implantların konumunun yapılacak olan protetik tedaviyi estetik ve fonksiyonel olarak engellemesi durumlarında kişiye özel dayanaklar kullanılabilmektedir. Kişiye özel olarak hazırlanan dayanakların fonksiyon ve estetik açıdan prefabrike olanlara göre birçok avantajının bulunduğu belirtilmiştir. Bu çalışmada kişiye özel olarak hazırlanan dayanakların kullanım alanları, avantajları, dezavantajları ve hazırlanan materyaller hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
