Diş Hekimliğinde Cad-Cam ile Üretilen Dijital Tam Protezler ve Üretiminde Kullanılan Sistemler

Özet

Diş hekimliğinde dişsiz hastalar için tercih edilen tam protezler, günümüzde sıklıkla kullanılan ve gelecek dönemde de sıklıkla kullanıma devam edecek protezlerdir. Geleneksel tam protezlerin bazı dezavantajları ve dijital çağın gelişimi nedeniyle tam protezlerde artık dijital olarak tasarlanıp üretimleri yapılmaktadır. Dijital tam protezlerin üretilmesinde çeşitli sistemler bulunmakta olup bu sistemlerin birbirinden ayrılan özellikleri mevcuttur. Sistemler dijital tam protez üretimi için eklemeli ve eksiltmeli üretim teknikleri kullanmaktadırlar. Bahsedilen sistemler seans sayısını azaltmakta ve hasta konforunu arttırmaktadır. Bu kitap bölümünün amacı dijital tam protez üretimi için kullanılan sistemlerin hakkında bilgi sağlamaktır.

Complete dentures, which are preferred for edentulous patients in dentistry, are prostheses that are frequently used today and will continue to be used frequently in the future. Due to some disadvantages of traditional complete dentures and the development of the digital age, complete dentures are now designed and manufactured digitally. There are various systems for the production of digital complete dentures and these systems have distinctive features. The systems use additive and subtractive manufacturing techniques for the production of digital complete dentures. These systems reduce the number of sessions and increase patient comfort. The aim of this book chapter is to provide information about the systems used for the production of digital complete dentures.
