Eczane Düzenine İlişkin Görev ve Sorumluluklar

Veri toplama, tanılama, planlama, uygulama ve değerlendirme olmak üzere beş aşamadan oluşan hemşirelik süreci bakımın sistematik bir şekilde verilmesini sağlar. Planlama aşaması hemşirelik sürecinin üçüncü aşamasıdır. Bu aşamada hemşirelik problemlerine yönelik bakımın nasıl verileceği belirlenir. Uygulama aşaması ise hemşirelik sürecinin dördüncü aşamasıdır. Bu aşamada daha önce planlanan hemşirelik girişimleri uygulanır. Doğru planlama ve ardından uygulama bakım planının sağlıklı bir şekilde sonuçlanmasını sağlar. Dinamik ve aktif bir süreç olan hemşirelik süreci, bireyin gereksinimleri doğrultusunda değişebilmektedir. Dolayısıyla zaman içerisinde bireyin gereksinimleri değişeceğinden sürekli izlem ve değerlendirmeyi gerektirir.

The nursing process consists of five stages: data collection, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring that care is provided systematically. The planning phase is the third stage of the nursing process, determining how care will be provided for nursing problems. The implementation phase is the fourth stage of the nursing process, where previously planned nursing interventions are put into action. Proper planning and subsequent implementation ensure a positive outcome for the care plan. The nursing process is dynamic and active, able to change in response to the individual's needs. Therefore, it requires constant monitoring and evaluation as the individual's needs evolve over time.
