Sporcuların Kullandığı Supplementler ve İnfertilite

Synopsis

Supplements used by athletes, especially substances such as anabolic steroids and high doses of protein powders, can reduce sperm production and increase the risk of infertility by disrupting the natural hormone balance. It is thought that some supplements, such as creatine, may also affect sperm quality. Caffeine and stimulants found in energy drinks may also cause negative effects on reproductive health with long-term use. For this reason, it is important for athletes to be careful when using supplements and to act with expert opinion.
