Genital Travma ve Ürolojik Acillerde İnfertilite
Synopsis
Genital travmalar ve ürolojik aciller infertilite açısından kadın ve erkek bireyler üzerinde çok ciddi sorunlar yaratmaktadır. Kimi zaman bu sorunlar semptom vermeyecek kadar basit olabilirken, bazı zamanlarda ise hayati tehlike oluşturabilecek kadar komplike olabilmektedir. Travmalar sonunda genital organlar ve bölgenin kanlanmasından sorumlu olan yapılar hasar görüp doku ve organ kayıplarına sebep olmaktadır. Keza ürolojik aciller de genital organ hasarlarına, yumurta ve sperm oluşumunun durmasına sebep olup infertilite unsuru olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır.
Genital traumas and urological emergencies create serious problems for men and women in terms of infertility. Sometimes these problems can be so simple that they do not cause symptoms, while sometimes they can be so complicated that they can be life-threatening. As a result of trauma, genital organs and structures responsible for blood supply to the area are damaged, causing tissue and organ loss. Likewise, urological emergencies cause genital organ damage, cessation of egg and sperm formation and appear as a factor of infertility.
